By purchasing our service, you explicitly authorize Solebase to act on your behalf in the registration of your Sole Proprietorship with the Government of Ontario or any business partner officially recognized by the government.

Business Address: We provide a free registered address in Canada for 5 years to enhance credibility and facilitate business operations. This address cannot be used for personal residency or mail forwarding.
Service Continuity: We are committed to providing the business address free for 5 years. However, if for any reason we are unable to continue offering these services, we will notify you in advance and guide you on alternative options.
Refunds are available only if we have not submitted your application. If your business registration has already been submitted to the government, refunds are not possible due to non-refundable government fees.

Once all documents are received, we aim to submit your application on the same day. The Ontario government typically issues the business license within 5 to 10 business days, but delays may occur.
Income Tax: Sole Proprietorships are taxed at the personal level. However, non-residents without Canadian-source income generally do not pay income tax in Canada.
Sales Tax (HST/GST): If your annual sales to Canadian residents exceed 30,000 CAD, you must register for HST/GST and collect/remit taxes to the CRA.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Ontario.
